Rooms and areas around hotel not very clean.
How do you have an extended stay property with a kitchen that has nothing. No pots, pans, utensils, glasses. Paying extra for a kitchen that is of no use. Ridiculous
Bad experience
Very disappointed and disgusted We did not end up staying. It was dirty, smelt like human and dog urine throughout. The couch was sitting on pieces of wood. The floor in the room looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. There is no continental breakfast included, just coffee. The suites with kitchens come with empty cupboards in drawers. Nothing matched the hotel description in our opinion.
