This property is so bad dirty and smell really bad no hot water dog poop everywhere Free breakfast is just coffee and muffin Don’t waste your money

One of the managers here at the hotel has a really weird habit of following guests around. He will watch you from behind walls and follow you to the parking lot as though expecting you to do something bad. At first I thought that he was just targeting my daughter and myself but then I found out from other guests in the hotel he's doing it to everyone. They never have any sheets for my room. The Hotel was very dirty with unpleasant smell,especially the Lobby area and corridors.The room was not too bad but can be better.The laundry is dirty too.

No phone usb be cable ports anywhere. Keyless entry card to open had push hard to open door. Hair dryer was not properly installed shower Giles corners cracked

Roaches and no breakfast Within first 5 minutes a big Roach was crawling on the wall. Put our luggage in the tub and got no sleep worrying about Roaches crawling on me. Breakfast is not a breakfast. Choice of small muffin or granola bar..they were not stocked so our only choice was a granola bar. It was terrible. There were a couple packets of oatmeal but nothing to add to it. Will never stay at an Extended Stay of America again.

The room above was very noisy the whole night! The jumping, the foot steps were very loud. We report to the front desk 3x nothing has been done!! we did not get any sleep that night!! Never stayed at this hotel again!

Won’t stay here again Reserved room wasn’t available at check in. Was given two rooms, but I would have preferred to stay with my daughter. The entire hotel including the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Much of the hotel (hallways and lobby) smelled like weed.
