Property needs major renovation although nice area.

This was a last minute stay to avoid driving in the snow to work. The place is run down and noisy. The room we had smelled musty and had dirty towels. Then in one of the kitchen draws there were crack pipes. They switched our room but that one wasnt much better. We were very uncomfortable at that point but stayed to be out of the snow. Its a shame because it could be nice if better maintained and monitored. Never again!

Room was ok and staff was friendly. However the hallway smelled like fish both night. And there was a fight at night in the hallway in the evening. Some couple arguing. Also coffee in the morning was stale and really gross like it tasted days old.

Property it’s self well maintained and cleaned. All staff minus the GM Brian are fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. The GM is very unprofessional and not well versed in customer relations and management. He has been verbally aggressive and rude on multiple occasions and also knocked on my door while I was not there are requested my 12 year old son and dog to exit the to room and sit in the lobby until I returned with the daily payment. We have been staying at the hotel for a month now and ALWAYS have paid.

very dirty place smell really bad dog poop everywhere severe water damaged in the rooms cockroaches no heat had move from two rooms no free breakfast like it said just a muffin and coffee will never visit again no hot water staff are bad with helping
