I was so upset when i walked into this place. I had a personal issue. However, the staff comforted me with positive words. My room was clean, the only thing missing was our towels. But the staff was on point and friendly. Thank you

I liked that due to the corona virus and the breakfast not being served as it usually is, the front desk staff offered to bring up a coffee pot to the room. I did not like that the upgraded wifi for Netflix was not working, but the front desk staff did attempt to correct the problem. The room above me was extremely noisy in the evening time and nothing was done to correct this after there were two complaints made. Elevator needs attendance, smelled as off there was a lit cigarette in there. Room was clean. Good over all stay... read more

Loved it! It was a beautiful & comfy stay! I enjoyed just about everything accept the breakfast. Lol
