Front Desk Set the Tone for Disappointment The desk clerk wouldn’t speak. Mumbled a few things. Not helpful. I had advised reservations in advance that my mother dad mobility issues and needed a room that would minimize walking. We were put in a room at the end of a long corridor. The next morning we discovered an entrance near the room that would have been far more accessible. The sink was not working but we fixed it ourselves rather than dealing with the desk clerk.
The style was definitely worth booking the hotel. I'm looking forward to my next visit at this location
It was ok. The hotel was ok. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. We did not have any toilet paper in our room. The bathroom and kitchen areas need to be updated. There were stains on the counters and missing/stained grout in the bathroom. The shower had no mat or non slip materials so it was very slippery! We were only there 10 hours so it was fine. We did not eat breakfast.
There was a nice tv in the room and it was clean. I didn’t like that there was no made service during the day and that we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels.
The facility is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly large and include a full size fridge, 2 burner electric cook top,microwave.Bring your own utensils and kitchen wear if you plan on cooking, There's a good size flatscreen TV. The bed was firm and very comfortable. the place isn't fancy but it is comfortable and a great value.
It always a warm welcoming having a room love some of the staff and the manger is a friendly and kind hearted young man
Great location. About 10 minute drive to my conference In Madison, NJ. Reasonable prices in a comfortable spacious studio efficiency.
