I’m starvin’ here! Requested dishes for the kitchen when I checked in, was told none were ready, but would be by morning (I checked in at 7 pm). I said to the front desk that it was ok, but that I would definitely need the dishes the next morning to cook breakfast for my family. No dishes ever came. When I called the front desk I was informed that none were ready and that the concierge was by herself. A mediocure review for a room with such potential. The hotel in Hanover was a pleasant hotel in itself, but the facilities are very much lacking. I would have to walk out of the hotel to get a coffee, and when I used the limited vending machine, my credit card was stopped. The room and the people were fine, but the hotel needs to offer food. My cell phone would not work, as it is from the Uk networks, leaving me reliant on the hotel staff to make any calls to taxis. Liked having a fridge, microwave etc, comfortable bed (needed more blankets), slight noise from upstairs but slept well. Plenty of space, good wi-fi
