It was decent Everything was great until I found a spider crawling around. There was No BiBle in the draw, the towels and wash clothes was dingy. The room where you dump you garbage looks like it have been dumped and cleaned for days it was disgusting and the hallways had an Oder

No response No light in the bathroom, I used the lamp. They never addressed the issue
EXTENDED STAY NEEDS TO DOUBLE CHECK THEIR ROOMS. THE HOTEL WAS OK. WHEN I GOT THERE, THEY HAD ONLY CHARGED ME FOR ONE ROOM BUT I BOOKED FOR TWO. THEY THEN GAVE US OUR KEYS TO BOTH ROOMS AND WHEN WE GO TO ONE, WE FIND OUT IT WAS STILL OCCUPIED. THE STAFF SAID THE HOTEL WAS BOOKED AND CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE US WITH ONE QUEEN SIZED BED....WE WERE 5 INDIVIDUALS. 3 OF US IN ONE ROOM AND THE OTHER 2 IN ANOTHER. WE HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO TAKE THE 1 QUEEN SIZED BED. THE ROOMS WERE OK BUT COULD HAVE USED A LITTLE MORE CLEANLINESS. ... read more
