The property is easily accessed and the reception is very much rewarding. My time was adequately spent.

Everything was going pretty good until I am counted an assistant manager by the name of Jennifer no customer service etiquette whatsoever very abrupt stoneface and ruined my last day stay.

Hotel was great but under construction when we arrived to update some rooms. We were not aware of this in advance. Just made for some minor inconveniences.

I understand that renovations were going on, but the front desk was usually vacant. Had to dripymy keys on the desk. Had to request clothes hangers. Not one in the room. Garage at end of hallway was there at check in on Friday, the pike grew, and was still there on Monday. Snow storm dumped 4-6 inches of heat wet snow. The only areas not plowed were this hotel parking lot. Check in staff was pleasant.

On nous a dit qu'il aurait un dejeuner pour tout dire il n'y'a pas de dejeuner. Du caffee + pitit muffins, Dunkin Donut est mieux que l'Hotel. Aller au restaurant pour dejeuner ce serai mieux.

The hotel is clean but has a strange smell in the hallway. We checked in at night and the night staff never mentioned anything about the continental breakfast or even how to locate the room. The room needs updating. Old broken furniture. My wife and I were awakened to the sounds of planes landing and taking off from the local airport which was right behind our hotel room would have been nice to know.
