Not terrible but not great. We ended up buying a cheap wet mop and cleaning the floors in our room because our feet kept sticking to the floor and turning gray/brown. Took 4 passes of the mop and 12 wet pads for the floor to finally be clean. It was nice to be able to cook for ourselves during our stay and that saved a lot in food.

I don't know America Extended Stay at all. This was first experience. I wouldn't call this a hotel (which I expected and signed up for). It's intended for people visiting (working) in the area for a while. This would be a different crowd from travellers at a hotel. This was an initial surprise. With that, you do have a kitchen. But note that there aren't any items, utensils or pans stocked in the kitchen. Empty cupboards. So, it was basically useless. There is a frig.
