Minor incident, made such a big difference! What a shame. Great hotel! I love the hotel chain, not the first time staying at a Extended Stay America hotel. Nice room on the 2nd floor, great lobby....BUT, as soon as we got to the room, we realized the toilet was not working. We informed it to the front desk, and the lady, very nice, replied "it happens sometimes, if you need to use it, feel free to come down to the lobby and use the staff's bathroom..." Great Value! This place is a great value when I visit Meriden. Friendly staff and very quiet place to rest. I enjoyed staying there with my girlfriend when we visited family and friends.
Good value A comfortable room more than adequate for what we wanted clean and at a reasonable rate.

Great Hotel The room was clean and comfortable, nice place to stay during a business trip. The free wifi is a must for work and this filled my needs.

Room problems We had to change rooms three times until we found an acceptable room. The first had toilet problems, second had not be cleaned properly (sticky phone and countertops with spilt liquid), and a bad odor next to garbage room. The last room was good without problems. This is the first time we have ever had to change multiple rooms and took alot of time after we had unpacked.
Average. Nothing particularly exceptional about this hotel. The description for this hotel states "A complimentary breakfast is served each morning". This is false. Muffins and cereal bars do not a breakfast make. This statement should be removed from the description. The description also states "Guests can use the in-room complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access". Wireless, yes, high-speed? Not by present standards. To actually get modern high-speed, guest need to pay an additional fee (a rather high one at that). ... read more
