Great service! This staff is great. We do a lot of business travel and they remember us each time, know our preferences and bend over backward to make it a good stay. Actually chose this location over another for this trip because of the staff.
Wonderful Stay All rooms are equipped with a kitchenette but cost no more than standard hotels in the area. Also, quick convenient breakfast in the morning.
Hard to work or play Went to the hotel with my son as a guys weekend away. Planned on playing videogames all weekend. Never had an issue with the wireless in other hotels with the game system. When we could not connect I went on to my laptop and found that in order to get better wireless (not that it would have worked with our gaming system) you had to pay. Even my laptop lagged horribly. Excellent choice Was first rate.About 1.5 miles off Rt.91 S in CT.So, convenient to highway, but no highway noise. Staff were friendly and service was good. Room with full fridge and stove and burners. Very good indeed.
Good overnight stay The room was clean, the bed comfortable and check-in was smooth. Good for a quick stop to sleep. One item that should be mentioned was the heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the common areas and hallways. It did not permeate the room, so I did not mention it to staff. It was too late and I was too tired.
Worked for extended stay Upon arrival my neighbor was blaring their stereo full blast shaking the walls, staff was quick to handle and relocated me. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Location is safe & close to necessities. Convenience of having a kitchen saved money on meals & eating out. Kitchens were functional but needed a scouring pad/scrubber and better "sudsing" dish soap. perfect for us We stay at this hotel almost every other weekend to get away. The staff are excellent and we love this place.
