There was a mass amount of bugs dead in multiple locations, like the fridge and bathroom, and around the room, or literally crawling up the walls. I had to take photos as proof to show the front desk and there was literally one on the counter as i was showing them. The laundry room was open to all guests, but the dryers were offline the entire stay so i couldn't dry my laundry until i took it up to the front desk.
