Meh The staff is friendly and helpful. The location to the medical center and the shuttle are very convenient. What I don't like is the smell, the dark, depressing rooms (neither lamp worked), smoke alarm missing in room, the only vending machine was broken, the floors had dirt in the corners, the tub was dirty-looking, etc. Also, for a hotel that serves a large population of elderly people, they should have safety bars in the shower.
