There was roaches and various other bugs. Staff walked into my room while I was sleeping SEVERAL times. Washing machines and dryers were broken. When they weren’t broken, there was no change machine. When you asked the front desk for quarters, they were always out or didn’t have change available.

Rude reception and lost reservation Hotel did not have our reservation. We asked if they had any rooms open for the night anyway. They said they had no rooms despite the empty parking lot and no lights on in most rooms. Called Hotels.com and they had to move us to another hotel.

When we arrived , they informed us that they didn’t have our reservation and that they were sold out . I called Expedia to call them and 40 minutes later they magically had a room for us after telling us that they didn’t have one . I had paid for the 2 queen bed and sofa bed room , but they informed us that they only had 1 queen bed available. It was already late and we said we would take it . Just disappointed on why they would lie to us about having no rooms. Never staying here again .

Dirty In these times, wirg all that is going on. Hotels need to make sure their staff keep the hotel clean. This place was dirty, it had hair all over the hotel room, the water in tge shower was not warm enough, the remotw for the TV was dirty, there was urine smell in front of the hotel, etc. I will not stay there again, and I will not recommend it.

I was there on March 23rd to the 24th. I have stayed here previously before and liked it. This time, i have no idea what was going on with staff, but it wasn't cleanliness. Our fridge was dirty. Hair was found on the bedsheets. During this COVID crisis, you would think the staff would do better, especially when most visitors are cancer patients. On the 24th, we had to leave early due to a death in the family and we did ask for a night refund since we paid til the 25th. But they wouldn't do that. Thats a shame.
