Disappointed No luggage cart. Was told someone had it in there room. Found out they were broke and none were available. The same happened the last 3 times we stayed there. No grab and go. No coffee. Because of COVID virus. We have stay here several times In the last 3 years. Great location I have to go to MD Anderson ever 6 Weeks but I don’t think I will be staying here anymore it get worse every stay.

Stayed there for a week. I picked ESA due to thier association with MD Rotary House. 1st room, toilet was clogged. When we got moved to a new room, we didn't realize the bites we were getting where from bed bugs. Took one to front desk and they confirmed it was bed bugs, but non reactive nor even offered some form refund. Dont bother uograding for wifi either, it doesn't work. When we asked for management, to speak to, they didn't care and/or non responsive. Do not stay at ESA ar this location.

I’m hoping that the state of the hotel and the rooms were due to Covid and precautions more than the actual state of things. My room was not thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. There were cigarette ashes on the floor by the air conditioner and a blackened dirt towel under the bathroom sink with cigarette butts .. I took pictures so they did not try to say it was from me. Will Not Stay Again I purchased upgraded internet service only to spend 8 hours in a zoom meeting with "unstable internet" flashing on my screen and sound in and out. While I was trying to deal with this cockroaches were appearing around the refrigerator and on the kitchen floor. One ended up in the shower ad well. The extra lock on the door was broken off. The bed was hard, it was not that clean, couldn’t get soda or snacks it was locked, 2 towels and washcloths for 3days, no coffee pot I could go on I will not stay there again.
