stellar front desk service! great room! clean. the front desk service at this hotel are TOPS!! the lady that checked me in was super-nice and friendly, she even remembered me the next day and asked how my concert was! the guy that was working that night was very friendly as well. rooms were huge, clean and comfortable!
This hotel could not be more convenient People at front desk freindly. You can walk across the street to a grocery store, Office Depot and a great Mexican restaurant. Friendly staff, the hotel is in the middle of everything - minutes from the Reliant Center and only 15 minutes from the Galleria area...5 minutes away from a Pappadeux restaurant. We'll choose this hotel again next year
Carpet needs to be replaced. Besides that, extremely nice!
I hate smokers in a nonsmokers room Always nice, usually. This time there was a smoker in a nonsmoking room. Someone explain this to me when they have both? Thank goodness for Febreeze. Oh yea, I've been a season tickets holder to the Houston Texans for 10 years, since the beginning, I travel over 200 miles to come to the game and stay here when I can make it because of shift work, but for the last 2 years the newly appointed parking lot Czar charges me to park. That, not right.
Great stay! It was a very comfortable stay with my family as I had to attend a doctors appointment at MD Anderson. The distance was close and area was safe. My room looked like it had been updated. It was simple, clean, and most of all a great bargain!
it was great...except the tiny worthless pillows,,,but other than that,,no complaints whatsoever!! will deffo stay there again!!
