Very convenient location for the MD Anderson Medical Center and Reliant Center. They (like most other hotels in the area) run a shuttle on the hour from 6 am to 6 pm during the week over to the hospitals. Great location. Also checked out an Astros game while we were in town and that was only a 10-12 minute drive north. I was very pleased.

Depends What You're Used To Normally when I travel for business I stay with the Westin or the Marriott so I likely have an unreasonable expectation set when traveling. This place isn't bad if you are comfortable with the Holiday Inn and don't expect the comforts of a Westin, like having a nice breakfast or your laundry done for you.
Good for the price Was not overly impressed but was good for the price. The bed was pretty comfortable and everything seemed to be clean. The shower was awesome though!

NO RESPONSE I RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOTEL WHEN I HAD COMPLAINTS ABOUT ROOM UPGRADE AND CLEANLINESS. WOULD ONLY STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN BECAUSE OF PRICE AND CONVENIENCE.
This hotel was nice and convenient. This hotel was nice because it had all of the ammenities and with the kitchen made it feel more like home than your traditional hotel room. We liked that it was close to everything that we wanted and had a good rate. We are not people that travel and stay in hotels usually and it was a good experience. We usually stay in a condo but this was fine. The one thing I didn't like was the charge for internet.
