This Hotel could be a four Star I believe this hotel has all the facilities to be a four star hotel, but a lot needs to be done. The bed covers need replacement. There is nothing wrong with such a nice hotel not having an exercise room.

The Extended Stay America Houston-Westchase Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint would be about the potent smell of cigarrette smoke throughout the hallway and room. The aroma was so strong I had to buy multiple types of air freshener to be able the bear the air quality in the room. I did enjoy the expedient check-out.

No Complain I've been using ESA for a very long time and I find it very convenient. The kitchen is the most important thing to me because it is handy if you want to prepare your own meal at any time. Recommended to all.

Extended Stay Westchase, Houston - pleasant stay In general I was very happy with my stay here. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. My only complaint was that it didn't have a hair dryer, and the front desk clerk couldn't find the four that are supposedly available. I ended up buying one since it was definitely a necessary item. The neighborhood isn't the best, however, I never felt unsafe. All in all, it was a bargain, and I'd probably stay there again.
