Our Front desk clerk was very helpful. I would stay there again.
Great for everyone Hotel was in decent condition but what made it a good place for me to stay was the top notch service I was given by the two front desk associates I had dealings with I really appreciated the service and if I'm ever in Houston again I will be staying there!!
Met expectations for price. Adequate accommodations for the price. No thrills experience, but also no unpleasant surprises. Breakfast was less than I expected, but again for the rate, you can't expect a full breakfast buffet.
Poor insulation You can hear everything from the hall while in bed. Not a good night sleep.
Very nice for the price Could have more tv stations,no other complaints other than that. Really enjoyed my stay,next trip I plan to stay here again....oh,the air freshner they use stinks.but I had my own.Also there was no breakfast but you have a full kitchen in your room,cook your own.
