Near airport, excellent shuttle service and long-term parking arrangement We just stayed here because of an early flight the next morning. The lady at the front desk was excellent, very knowledgeable and efficient. When we set up shuttle arrangements for early the next day, we were told that the hotel allows guests to leave their cars in their parking lot for up to 3 weeks, free of charge, and they would shuttle us to and from the airport for free as well. ExtendedStayIndy Nice place; clean. Not so easy to get to, but that might be due to road construction all around that area. Staff was very nice.

Nice Just in town on business. Have stayed here twice. I've enjoyed my stays at Extended Stay. Bed is comfortable! First time was perfect. This time there was a few crumbs on the floor and a small stain the sheet.

Smelled like old smoke Whole hotel smelled like old cigarettes. No place for late arrival to anything to eat other than candy and chips from vending machine. Room was clean.

Not impressed. The hotel staff was not very friendly and did not really want to be there. Then, when I checked out the next morning, the "staff" could not even print me a receipt because she was a night laundry person basically guarding the front desk. Definitely will not being going back there.

Very much what I expected Clean room with kitchenette. Loud neighbors but nice none the less.

Extended Stay We stayed at this location because of its closeness to the airport, so that we could catch a bus and/or shuttle to GENCon while we were there. My only complaint is that it was a smoking room I stayed in because the online booking only asked for a "Preference" which is more[...] fault than the hotel's. This was only an issue because my girlfriend is allergic to tabacco smoke, I didn't notice it but obviously she is more sensitive to it (some benedryl fixed her right up for our stay so we were just fine!).
