Cheap comfort Clean room and a very good, firm pillow-top bed made this a great bargain. Just don't expect shampoo (you have to ask for that) or a hair dryer! Still, my room had an iron and ironing board, and a kitchenette with ice in the frig. There were some minor deficits: a run-on toilet, noisy heater fan and a bit of chipped paint -- but in all I was a happy camper.

Weekend vacation I was there to visit family and if/when I head back that way I would stay in this hotel again. I know they can't control the construction in the area but the construction made it a little more difficult to navigate the area. The room was very comfortable and I loved the little kitchen off of the bedroom.

Near airport, excellent shuttle service and long-term parking arrangement We just stayed here because of an early flight the next morning. The lady at the front desk was excellent, very knowledgeable and efficient. When we set up shuttle arrangements for early the next day, we were told that the hotel allows guests to leave their cars in their parking lot for up to 3 weeks, free of charge, and they would shuttle us to and from the airport for free as well. ExtendedStayIndy Nice place; clean. Not so easy to get to, but that might be due to road construction all around that area. Staff was very nice.

Nice Just in town on business. Have stayed here twice. I've enjoyed my stays at Extended Stay. Bed is comfortable! First time was perfect. This time there was a few crumbs on the floor and a small stain the sheet.

Smelled like old smoke Whole hotel smelled like old cigarettes. No place for late arrival to anything to eat other than candy and chips from vending machine. Room was clean.

bad I arrived at the Indy airport close to midnight. I call the hotel for a suttle and they said they stopped the suttle at 10 pm. That was a service I expected and not to have to pay for a cab ride to hotel.

Not impressed. The hotel staff was not very friendly and did not really want to be there. Then, when I checked out the next morning, the "staff" could not even print me a receipt because she was a night laundry person basically guarding the front desk. Definitely will not being going back there.
