Quiet, restful stay I stayed in this hotel for a business trip. The meetings I attended at another hotel were long and intense. I chose to come to this hotel away from all the noise and for the lower pricing to relax and get some rest. I was very comfortable and had what I needed except they were out of decaf coffee! I could easily overlook that for the other accommodations they did have.

Clean, but bad service Room was clean, but hallways were dirty. Hotel staff was EXTREMELY rude. Our phone in the room did not work. Amenities such as coffee maker, plastic cups, and tissue were very minimal. Biggest disappointment was the hotel staff because even the manager I talked to was very unpleasant. Good for the reduced expedia price. Expedia service was pleasant.

Fantastic Experience It's a fantastic experience staying there, again. I've had two stays here in the last two years, and the experience is great. Employees are warmhearted and very helpful, excellent pickup and drop off services to and from the airport, improved WIFI speed compared to last year. By the way if you are going to dine in restaurant along Library road don't forget to take your room card with you. You might be able to save 10% on your bill.
The hotel in clean, but worn, stained and overdue for renovation.

Hotel staff was courteous and very helpful. It was quiet at night and the room was clean. The only minor issue I had was the door spring was broken so every time I left the room it made a loud clunk. I was concerned I might be disturbing other guests. Other than that it was a nice stay. Thanks!

Never will pick this hotel again First the bathroom door knob was broke. The freezer did not work fridge was barely working. They say it's a kitchen but it has no oven. Let's just say it was a horrible stay
OLDER, COLD UNINVITING ENVIRONMENT CARPET RIPPED UP IN MUCH OF HOTEL. EVERYTHING CEMENT. NOT WARM NOR INVITING. WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN. $25. ROOM.
