Staff was nice. The room was out dated, no ice for the room had to freeze ice trays, room was stuffy , thin blankets on the bed. I wouldn’t like to stay again.
Front desk could not have been nicer. Rooms were spacious and very quiet
No cooking in kitchenets. Room had a kitchenet, but no plates or pans to cook in. Breakfast was just continental style. Probably due to Covid. Bed mattresses were very comfortable!

Noisy The room was clean. There was a machine making noise on the floor beneath my room. It also vibrated my entire room.

Jacksonville, NC No one to check me into hotel. I had to wait, for about 20 minutes for front desk clerk to come into building. After a seven hour flight and over 30 minutes drive. I was extremely tired and disappointed that I couldn’t get checked into my room quickly.
