Best studio stay ever! Stacy is a genuine sweetheart. She made everything extremely easy for our stay. I enjoyed the kitchen in the room and all you have to do is pick up dishes downstairs due to COVID-19 restrictions. I also enjoyed the fact that it’s a short walking distance to buy groceries at Walmart.
The front staff was nice. When we got in the room the fridge was off so we had to turn it on ourselves. In the bathroom hd to let the water run for a little before it gets hot and the shower got cold after 3 min and the people above us was so loud all night me and my husband did not sleep and some random guy was walking the parking lot all night and day
US Company does NOT accept US currency Check in was not good. Their internet was down so could not properly check us in with us paying. I tried to pay cash instead of a card & their company policy is they cannot accept cash, so a US business will not accept US currency. Was then told we needed to fill out a handwritten form until their internet came back up, with our credit card info for payment & it had to be a credit card & not a debit card.
