Better get your ac working We complained about the air conditioning as soon as we got there about it staying on and working properly. A member of the hotel came to our room and did nothing more than I did and said that’s just the way it works. We burnt up the entire stay!!! Listen to your guests and fix the problems!!!

Great Value This hotel is clean and has helpful staff. The rooms are not especially comfortable (loud ac, hard bed, thin blanket) but they’re very clean and for the price, it’s a great value. We have stayed here several times and will continue to do so.

Definitely worth the money We were just looking for a cheap hotel to crash in while on a long drive. This one was much nicer than I expected for the money. The pillows and bed weren't as soft as we'd prefer, though it would be a nice place to stay for a longer time.

"Pleasantly Surprised" I arrived to find my room very clean, neat and organized. I also found the whole experience from check in to check out to be hassle free and the staff very friendly and professional. I dont usually write reviews for anything, however, this review is in order to acknowledge my complete satisfaction with my experience with Extended Stay America. I highly recommend a stay here.

Nice staff Staff was wonderful rooms where dirty furniture was old and worn out. Bed was hard as a rock. We did feel safe here although the room was way less than desirable.

Great place It was great perfect for us.. TV was a bit small.. My husband said it was the only thing.

Great location. The expierence was good. I used the laundry facilities and was pleased. The hotel is comfortable and homey. The downside, the bathroom was dirty. Toilet wasn't clean and the tub had brown spots. I cleaned the bathroom myself.
