The location was ideal for where we needed to be. At first the overall impression of the hotel was what was to be expected for the price, but there were some things we couldn't get over. 1) They make you sign a no-smoking policy for which you get fined for- and there were drunk/obnoxious people out front making the stay very uncomfortable for who staff did not redirect (nor fine I'm sure). 2) Our second day we woke up to a huge cockroach on the counter of our kitchenette, prompting us to leave a day early. Better options available I stayed for 5 days and room wasn't serviced a single time. Sheet had a noticeable stain on it. Otherwise not too bad for the price I paid for it.

Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable. Good friendly service. However, they wanted a $25 charge if you checked in early even if your room was ready! Redicules! We arrived 25 minutes before 3 pm check in and had to wait before we could check in even though our room was ready! New policy? Bad marketing! After driving a long time, no one should have to wait to get into their ready room! Rip off to charge! John was extremely helpful and provided excellent service.

Was ok stay not many channels on tv and we had screamin kids next door and a dog that constanlty barked room was never cleaned while there one little bar of soap seemed like there was always just one person working desk they need more help

While most of the hotel was very nice and clean we had a couple of minor issues with our room. He end table between the beds was super sticky and we found pieces of dog food lying on the floor of our room. Like I said minor but they definitely had an impact on our stay.
