Cheap room, old hotel, super friendly staff When we arrived the man that checked us in was very professional and helpful. However when we got into the room the counter tops had crumbs and water stains on them. It was clear they had not wiped them down. There was also old blood stains on the mattress pad that could be seen under the sheets. Other than that.. it wasn't a terrible stay. Cheap and comfortable just not very clean.

Motivierte Staff, sauber - mit kleinen Schwächen: Am Sessel im Zimmer Spuren von ausgelaufenen Flüssigkeiten, muss nicht sein, weil leicht zu entfernen. Frühstück indiskutabel, da faktisch nicht vorhanden.

One of the Best in Jacksonville! We got in late on Thursday night after driving 13 hours. The lady at the front desk got us checked in quickly and was amazing. Got the car unpacked Dog in the room got in bed and had a couple small issues. Lady at the desk took care of us with a smile. As we left the next morning the Manager caught us gave us a discount and made sure we where happy. Spent 2 and a half days and I will happily stay at the Extended Stay America next time I come down. Comfortable stay The toilet wasn't working in the first room we has so the staff upgraded our room for no extra charge. It was larger. We appreciated that very much.

Great price and near beach I found this hotel at a really good rate for a weekend visit. The staff was very nice and the rooms was clean. The kitchen in the room was a plus! This was by far the cheapest price compared to nearby hotel. It took us less than 30 minutes to get to the beach without traffic.

Great value! Must warn you that their breakfast is a "grab and go" type: coffee, muffins, granola bars. Don't expect to sit down and have a lot to choose from for breakfast.

April trip The hotel has a good view from the outside clean inside our room was clean but dusty we put our bags on the bed and dust start flown around I get a small body each we just cover ourself with the sheets let the blankets oway we just not complaining people but this and the included breakfasts was the only two things that we were disappointed but we just went with the flow other wise employees were very nice and the area where this hotels is very convenient for family's that going to the military bases like our case ... read more
