Jacksonville has too many Jacksons This part of Jacksonville is a dump. This hotel was tied for the best on that street, but it still smelled bad. It was as clean as they could make it, just a trashy part of town. Lenoir street has about eight hotels on it of all the well known names. About one to two miles away there's another enclave of the same hotels except less dumpy so probably a lot more expensive.

Great location, wonderful stay. Staff was awesome. Checkin and checkout process was fast. Hotel and rooms very clean and most importantly everything worked well.

It was good. It was good u would stay there again. Only one thing was that one of my rooms was not ready but staff worked it that out that it was ready by the time I got all my bags in the building.

We stayed for 2 weeks for my husband medical reasons at the Mayo clinc . Only wish there had been a king size bed in the room, other than that it was a good visit.

Hidden information There was a $50 hold put on my card even though the room was paid in full. It costed 50 cents to get ice in the ice machine and the internet is only accessible in the lobby. They tell you there is a continental breakfast but you pay for it when you get there.
