I felt I was home I stayed at the Extended Stay America for at least 6 months and I must say that after reading some of the reviews I was not expecting much. I just knew I wanted to save money. I received so much more. The ladies at the front desk were always smiling and very friendly. They always called me by my name and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into to the building. Extended Stay - Jax, Butler Bvd - GOOD VALUE Adequate size. Not cramped. Furnishings "simple" but adequate. Kitchenette and bath were very clean and well equipped. (Good laundry room!) Staff very friendly and willing to assist. Location is great, several eateries close by. A few VERY minor issues: - burn hole in recliner fabric (non-smoking room!) - room a bit damp, but, in FL, in the summer, what can you expect? - no pool or gym For the money, an excellent value. Will definitely stay there again (and soon!)

extended stay America At Jacksonville The people at the hotel was so nice tome and sort of went out of their way to make sure everything was suitable for me. I would surely go back again

I stay here a couple of nights a week. Clean, quiet, well stocked and friendly staff. Good rates for what you get. I stay here a night or two every week. Right on hotel row with lots of close eating places.
