Meh.. Front desk would not call us a taxi, housekeeper crying & complaining about management behind front desk during check in, no shampoo or conditioner, elevator out of service during stay.. the A/C worked great and the kitchenette was nice and did include the dishes and utinsels. The surroundings were nice & it was an okay place for the price but we will not be coming back.

Mixed Bag Overall a good experience - the property has become a little old. The coffee makers, iron board and the iron need to be replaced with new ones. The TV and programs are not that good. But it is a safe area and good for out of town travellers. The best point is the courteousness of the hotel staff

OK if you are on a tight budget The price is right. Everything is a bit worn. If I did not have a GPS I could not have found it. The clientele is heavy on the redneck party crowd, pretty noisy at times. Neighborhood is ok, plenty of parking. No amenities other than soap in the room. Only recommend if you can get it cheap.

EXTENDED STAY JACKSONVILLE THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! THE COMFORT AND SERVICE WELL OUTDID THE COST!!!

Extended Stay America, Butler Bld. Jacksonville, F Very friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed in this hotel every week for 2 months. The rooms need updating; bathroom sink drains do not stay open; some hooks on bathroom doors have been missing; burn holes in some blankets and spreads.; tub enclosures are stained and patched in places.
