The front desk was rude and went about things as they liked

The first room I stayed in smelled horrific. I used so much Lysol. The floor was filthy. I cleaned it up with Clorox wipes. After 3 nights I had to switch rooms. The second room was clean but smelled like a leaking attic. I had to wash all my clothes in my suitcase and air out my suitcase. I have been coughing ever since.

Nowhere on the app does it say once booking through a third party app there is a $100 deposit fee. Mind you my room was paid for in full and then Expedia had to bargain with the hotel on a refund on a fully refundable room for me

The room keys didn’t work and they gave me another room and the keys didn’t work either. The smell of the hotel is terrible .
