Good stay for the price. Only problem was valve in shower was installed backwards so I almost burned myself adjusting the water temperature. One pillow was extremely lumpy, but was useable.
Great Experience CLEAN , CLEAN CLEAN .. NO POOL but thats ok.
Nice and clean hotel Check-in was fast and the staff was polite. Utensils, pots and pans, and two place settings were clean and in the kitchenette. Room was very comfortable.
Jacksonville, Extended Stay Deluxe-Butler Blvd.-Will go back again A bit confusing as there are two Extended Stay hotels in this location. But when got the right one, Extended Stay Deluxe, it was wonderful. The staff was extrememly helpful with all our questions, down to the mapquest directions and bus information. Will stay there again if ever in that area
great hotel for small amount of $$$ This was a good room for the money. The staff was friendly. They don't provide room service under 7 day stay but when we did want new towels, we just went down stairs and requested them. This hotel is located right next to the hwy but we didn't hear much noise. There were a couple of malls nears there (driving distance like 15 minutes). Nice area.
Dirty shower(hair on the wall), broken dresser, rusted stove, rusted sink faucet, stains all over curtains

Your rooms smell like musty dirty clothes, it’s really a nice place, it can use some good cleaning and smell goodness, bed bugs in your rooms, I’m not convinced that it’s beetles, my neck says otherwise.
