Clean and roomy Excellent in all aspects but one. The bed was a little stiff. I personally like a very mushy mattress.

Very nice people The only negative is the bathroom condition which could use extra attention. When we went to leave in the morning, we had a dead car battery. The morning staff was great in volunteering their vehicle and jumper cables to get us going. Big time thanks!

MCI trio Nice room but didn't have any silverware.

Very clean and close to the airport Everything was great with the exception of the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle is shared between 2 hotels and the night I checked in they wrote me down for a shuttle at a specific time. I went to the front desk 10 minutes early and the shuttle was not there. The gentleman behind the desk was unable to reach him. I told the gentleman that I didn't mind waiting a few minutes.
