Extend craphole America The worst experience of my life. The room was not ready. When we asked to have the dishes delivered to our room for our kitchen AS PER THEIR IN ROOM AD they said I had to go down and carry them up myself, I can’t do that I have lift restrictions. We could not make food in our kitchen because of this. The room was no where near clean we refused to even eat in the room it was so gross we got takeout and ate in our car. MINORITIES BEWARE The hotel itself had an odor to it. Also they mislead me and racially profiled me. They ended up turning me away for no good reason and couldnt be reached when I asked for a refund.

The carpet look old and destroyed..the towells smelled mildewy...and the cold water took to lomg to come on...

Horrible experience The hotel is remodeling. There is no notice of that on the booking and that whole hotel smelled like glue, which made me sick for the next two days.

Upon arrival customer service representative was doing laundry. Waited time before another guest told us she was in the laundry room. We realized your under construction, electronics not plugged in the room and construction dust everywhere. Sheets dirty. Had false eyelashes stuck on the sheets!!! More than gross!!!! Very poor experience. Don’t feel enough staff on duty. Consider shutting down during the construction stage. Would not recommend your company. Thank you.
