Breakfast The room was ok. I booked through Hotels.com and it says continental breakfast. There was no breakfast and they never had continental breakfast. Hotels.com put it in because on the Extended Stay America website they didn't say that. I don't like this and I'm not happy about it.

You get what you pay for The day shift gal was helpful and donned a big smile. The evening front desk gal was rude when I asked for sheets that were missing from the room. The place could use a GOOD deep cleaning, especially during COVID. I wiped everything down in my room with Clorox wipes and they were filthy when I was done. The property itself is looking run down and not taken care of.

Pleasant Stay but rude housekeeper The front desk staff was very pleasant but the lady who was asked to clean my room upon check out had a nasty attitude. She saw me with the cart about to put my things on it to depart and she was rushing me. And yes I am very aware that check out is at 11am but it was 11.03am when I was about to check out
