Good value for the money, clean & comfy We had tickets to New Theater Restaurant a few blocks away and although we live in the KC area we didn't want to drive home with icy roads after the show so the location was convenient. The price was very affordable and you don't get as many frills as you do with more expensive places but for this stay we wanted low cost. At about 930am the final day, tv on, shower going - more than enough audible evidence the room was occupied housekeeping tried to open the door and enter. The number one reason I prefer extended stay over the lesser chains is avoiding the daily housekeeping intrusion. Never again, extended stay... Oh,and I'm finishing up my stay in Overland Park at the Motel 6 (newly reburbished and they did a nice job!) across Metcalf from you at $24 less per night.

It was what was advertised. There is a strange electrical smell in the hallway. The room smelled good, all amenities worked as advertised.
