Not like the other ES hotels. The location was safe and nestled in a very classy/business area. The check-in clerk was fast and courteous and gave us all the information we needed regarding breakfast the following morning. The hallways were clean and gave the appearance of a higher end hotel. Our room was exceptional: clean, updated, modern furniture and fixtures. The only downfall was that our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it wreaked of cigarette smoke. Easy access (location), nice rooms, sensible cleaning policy. Breakfast is limited - grab n go. Exercise room requires access by staff - but they are readily available.

Not really clean The room looked clean at first. However when I walked on the hard floors, they were all sricky. I took a closer look and there were spots on the floor, as if someone wasted somerhing. I took a wet paper towel, wipped the area, and the towel was black and there was a pill on the floor. I went to the store and bought something ro clean my floors. They were filthy. So I cleaned the floors, sink and all counter tops. This room should have had a good cleaning in between guests.

Were the other reviews overrated? Okay. Limited TV channels. No MSNBC, but plenty of Fox News. Shampoo provided but no conditioner. They said I could come down to the desk to get some, but that was three floors away, plus two long halls. Pretty average.
