Bed sheets were never changed Was really dissapointed by the service and how front desk person treated me. I had asked to change bed sheets and the person promised to do that and didn't . Even though when I checked in I was told that sheets are changed every day.

Mice Infected Not good. Our room was infected with mice and the room I was moved too was not clean.

Frustrating that there was no fruit available for breakfast, only pastries. No glassware in my room.

Waited outside for 15 minutes before anyone let me in for a late night reservation. Another guest let me in and we waited in lobby for another 20 minutes before a clerk helped.

no ice i get into the room and there is a full size refrigerator in the small kitchen, all the lowest of low end cabinets, counters and sink. NO ICE. so I call the front desk "we don't have an ice machine and we don't fill the ice trays in the rooms, you can walk down to 7-11 and get ice if you want some". Really ? Very low end place. But than again it was the cheapest in the area.

Last resort Wouldn't recomend it. Photos of rooms and lobby are inviting yet the actual conditions of interior has a lot to ask for. Elevator and hallways smell of cooked food as rooms have kitchennetes for people to cook during longer stay. Very poor quality of sheets and towels. No comforter just blanket. Nice staff.
