Fine for a single night It irritates me that there are zero ammenities in the room and you have to go downstairs to get anything you want yourself. At least if you won't leave basics in the room bring them to me. The hotel smells weird. The beds are uncomfortable. The staff is pretty bleh. The free "breakfast" is a joke.

There are much better places to stay Uncomfortable beds, mold in the bathroom. Poor wifi.

Not worth the money The stay was just ok. First the gal at the front desk had no customer service skills. Also was Unable to watch tv as the cable connection was terrible. Screen was completely fuzzy.

Terrible night staff and smelly rooms Norma should not be allowed to speak with guests. She is completely incompetent and the room was terrible. They gave us a comp room but it didn't fix it.

Hotel stay There was an oder that I couldn't identify upon entering and it never went away during my 2 day stay. The air was not adjustable below 78 degrees and was very uncomfortable to go to sleep.

Pick a different place I think there are other hotels in the area that are better. The cleanliness was not the best, but not the worst (wear your shoes at all times, the rugs are gross), the sheets seem like they are about 30 years old, but the bathroom was clean. If anyone is cooking in their kitchenette, the entire property can smell it. Positives are that it's easy to find and located near an outlet mall and other stores.

average stay The room looked clean but was filthy- I dropped something and had to fish it out from under the bed and found tons of things under there- tape, hangers, odd ends of paper and plastic, coins, and food- clearly the cleaning crew doesn't work hard- then I did not have a do not disturb sign up or anything and no one came to clean the room. but it is in a good area really close to 24 hour fitness(they don't have a gym or pool), walking distance to a starbucks and some restaurants.
