Rude And unprofessional staff Stayed in a very dated room that didn’t even supply shampoo or soap. When I asked for late check out the door was still being banged on at original check out time. The lady told me I had to leave so I informed her that I was confirmed a late check out. She then yelled back that I hadn’t and that she wasn’t informed. I said “obviously”! So lack of communication and lack of professionalism in regard to dealing with guests. Horrible hotel.

this was terrible! wasn't even able to check it! from the minute we pulled in the parking lot to when we got to the front dest this place was SKETCH!

Worst hotel stay in recent memory I travel for work on a near weekly basis, and this is the worst hotel that I have stayed at in recent memory. The hotel’s common areas were dirty and ill maintained, and the room itself was even worse. Lowlights included: - Dirty kitchenette, with good residue in the microwave and no utensils or even paper towels. Over priced,condition of room climate control bad Heater and AC were broken in the room ..... happened in the middle of the night...

Dirty HOTEL When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was laughing and came out of the back adjusting her pants. The next day, when we came back. The room was not clean as is typically done in a hotel. When I asked, they said that they only clean the rooms every 7 days. I surely hope our room was cleaned up before we came in. The A/C unit was not properly working and we were told that they didn't have a maintenance person on site.

Bad customer service if asking for anything was a Customer service was horrible when asked for anything was inconvenient...never going back there !

Clearly used to be a smoking hotel and still smells like an ashtray. All my luggage, clothes, and blankets smelled horrible when I left.
