When we got there they put us in a room that must have had something or someone die in it recently because there was such a bad smell. We immediately transferred to another room, and needed to collapse but the room was filthy. This room smelled awful too, just not as bad as the first room but so bad my kids complained all night

AVOID this Hotel...Waste of $$ Hotel was NOT worth the money I paid..which was $185 with the tax. .RIP OFF ! Hotel had a very dirty feel to it..room was not really updated. .frig was nasty and old. This was an Extended day which is a small kitchenette but had absolutely no utensils, dishes, place, anything to cook with.. At all! It was a smoking room and there wasn't even an ashtray provided.. Awful hotel. Horrible customer service Made the mistake of giving this hotel a second chance. NEVER again. They lie and treat customers horribly.

from the moment I got there... to the time.. I did check out ... everything was VERY disappointed the Front desk staff starting with the Manager!!! a lady that is suppose to give example of a good service!!! she was rude and not helpful!!! Place was dirty specially kitchen floors... the cookware was awful!!! believe me not even forks to eat!!!

No bueno There was a pubic hair on top of the refrigerator. It smelled like old food and smoke. Some one was honking in the middle of the night 2am, both nights... drugs, hookers? I picked this hotel because it was close to the office i was visiting.... no bueno.

Horrible I will NEVER use your service again. You booked me in a smoking room and the place looked like a housing assistance facility for the needy. No services

Late check in First impressions can't be ignored. We arrived at 3:45 pm and could not check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet. It's a 3:00 pm check in. We were not able to get into our rooms until close to 7:30 pm. Good points were that it had a full size refrigerator and small kitchen space. No restaurant, no pool.
