Property and rooms, especially bathrooms and showers were not very clean. Little concern for covid19 protection.

Nothing extravagant from this Hotel, what we really get us unsatisfied to me and my family is that on the reservation shows Free Breakfast, when we wake up in the morning what we see as breakfast it was, (coffee and blubbery muffins) and my kids was expecting a nice American breakfast like others hotels

Nothing special it was no one at the front desk I had way a long time for service

This place lacks on cleanliness... my room was not cleaned for 9 days... even to get fresh towels, I had to go to the front desk every single day... though I requested everybody & even the GM Sue, out there to get the room cleaned, they took 3 days to get it done... even the outside of the hotel looks like a disgusting ashtray with cigarette buds scattered everywhere around... seems like they haven’t cleaned it since decades...

In the morning there was nothing but coffee for 2 hours. The place was unkempt. There was no house cleaning at all for 7 days. All they gave you were clean towels every other day. I would not stay there again.

If all you need is a bed for a night then ok. Hallways are oderious clean to the eye but you feel and sense it's not clean
