Management thinks they are god We were suppose to stay a week but got ask to leave after the second day. My wife smokes and smoked outside and brought back the cigarettes back to the room. Management decided to check out room when we were out and stated the room smelled of smoke not the hallway that had a bad order of curry or something foul. They took $250 from our money we paid (cash) and said we would be refunded the rest by check. I paid $1000 cash for one week and they said they would send me a check in 5 to 7 business ... read more

First they hit me up for an early check-in fee then proceeded to tell me there are no housekeeping services until after my stay was completed.. The complimentary breakfast was a joke consisting of muffins and granola bars every single morning... And to top it off the room had a funny smell that I had to buy air freshener for and that barely hekped.

Non smoking room, I smoke in my car an constant harrassment by police other than that good stay.

The front desk lady was rude and not at all empathetic. I had a reservation and when I arrived they said they no longer had a room. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes while we looked up hotels near by. My 2 year old needed to use the bathroom and she would not let my daughter use the restroom.

The manager lied and gave us a terrible experience when trying to make a weekend for my engagement party a experience to remember. I wound up calling corporate and reporting Sue for her lying to my family and guests and will never recommend this location again. I have stayed at hundreds of Extended Stay Americas but have never been insulted, fought with and almost cursed out by staff in any location. I wound up taking my business across the street to Days Inn just to add one room.
