The room wasnt as clean as it shoukd be. No fresh toilet paper. No maid service.

More bad than good. Shower water was hot and good pressure. But furniture, bed and kitchen in very old and used condition. Under the sheets the mattress was stained and dirty. Desk chairs were dirty and you could tell the drawers and desk were used. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were yellowing from white.color. The refrigerator was so Loud like a jet engine we could not sleep at night. Had to turn it off to sleep! Breakfast was only coffee , tea, packs of oatmeal and tiny muffins within a 3 hour timeframe.

DISGUSTING Hotels.com you should be ashamed to list these hotel on your website! The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They have cockroaches which I actually saw on my last day there.the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. I had to go get our own toilet paper. The hotel hallways smell dirty!! Absolutely a disgusting hotel. DON’T DTAY HERE!!

I was quoted on Expedia for 145 a night after taxes and when I got there to check in it somehow jumped to 195 a night .. there was about 20 working channels on an older tv and stains in the bathtub and tv , I’ve stayed at much cleaner nicer hotels for 115 a night compared to that place at 195 ...

I had come from a wedding so had a late check in. When we got there, there was confusion with our room. The woman that was there to check us in could not find our room. She told us to hold on a moment and she would be right back. We could hear her on the phone in another room speaking in Spanish for about 20 mins or so maybe longer. We had no idea what was going on. Stay somewhere else Really? This hotel does NOT have ice for guests. Didn’t even have ice trays in the freezer. Had to go to the front desk for anything you would expect to already be in the room, like glasses. The fridge was discusting, even had some human hair in there for us to clean out. I have never seen a stove like their’s before. Should have taken a picture. Would not recommend this to anyone.
