I missed breakfast, I didn't need the AC and the bed was flimsy and cheap. I paid more money than I usually pay and I got a worse room with a cheap bed. I have spent a lot of money booking at this hotel since January but I don't think I'll be back for awhile if at all.

Was downgraded a room last minute. Was told basically it’s this or nothing. I booked in advance, had no other choices to book somewhere else 15 minutes before my check in time.
