The person at the Registration Desk when we arrived was very nice. However, her replacement in the early evening wasn't helpful.

Late check in. No one available at front desk for 15 min. Broken elevator. Bathroom towels were small and cheap.

This Extended Stay facility is showing it's age - double bed suite room was small, kitchenette was cramped and dated, fluorescent bulbs while energy efficient gave a prison-cell like quality to the room. Granted, a last-minute booking but not worth the $300 fee.
