Late arrival Pleasant desk clerk dealing with tired customers. Did great job accommodating my family.
Family visit Went to Chino Hills to visit family members. We needed a place for one night. We were given a room on the third floor. The inside hallway on the third floor smelled like people had been smoking even though a no smoking hotel. The inside hallway seems to lack enough ventilation / outside air to clear out the smell. Other than that the stay was fine.
clean. friendly enough. nothing special. No major complaints. Room clean. Desk wasn't rude, but not friendly either. If rate was right I'd stay again but won't seek this place out.

Would happily stay here again! The staff is very friendly, room was quiet even with Hwy 71 right next to the property. Room was clean, comfortable, and a very good value.
disappointed Didn't expect it to be small and without a pool. Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. On top off fridge was dusty also on top of range was dirty. Bedding smelled like someone's body odor. Good for an overnight stay maybe two for a couple or single. Wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.
