Good size room, clean, quiet. Perfect. It was a last minute stay and was perfect for what it was needed for.

Chino Hills Great room near lots of restaurants and malls. The towel policy should be revised.
Nice location, near restaurants and other needs The hotel is nice and clean
Close to where I want to go It was ok except for the room next door I guess it was an older person, yelling at someone like really early in the morning, good thing I had plans to be up early, other than that it was close to my son and other places we were visiting, overall ok
Needs new management & better Communication skills I prepaid for the room so I had to leave a $100 deposit which no one told me I had to do until I checked in. I called the hotel when I booked the hotel a week prior and also the day of and asked if I needed to bring anything they said no. So it was an inconvenience that I had to drive to a store to pull out cash from an atm. The room was paid in full already the day I booked it, and I was with my wife and two kids so we weren't going to trash the room or break anything. It's... read more
