Mini staycation Overall everything was great, except I felt a little awkward setting on the bed because there was a mirror right in front of me. I did not like how the stairs were hidden. Wish they were easier to see. would have liked to know the policy behind why I have to leave my license plate number and my own license number.

Nice hotel. Near many restaurants. Hotel staff was excellent. Gloria was very helpful.
Decent place. First stay in an Extended Stay America. Nice to have kitchenette but I didn't use it. Staff was adequate and pleasant, but girl seemed to be still training. Bed was pretty comfortable. Two great restaurants (brewhouse and BBQ) right across the street. Starbucks five minutes down road.
Rather stay here than at Mom's Went to visit a mom. Pleasantly surprised about quiet large room when it was next to freeway. We know the area and it has good shopping and great places to eat. Attentive staff. Our dog was very welcomed and only $25 per night extra to have him in the room with us. We did not use small kitchenette, but there was a full sized refrig in room. Now how to tell mom that we rather be here than her place.
The staff were friendly and helpful . The room didn't feel really clean. There are really hard pillows on the bed. The furniture was sort of falling apart, a leg on a table was slanted back on the verge of breaking. For as expensive as it was I expected a little nicer. It had the feeling of a Motel 6.
Convenient, fairly clean, pet friendly motel Good location in Chino and needed a place for the night after a long drive with my dog. Linens were somewhat old and could use updating. Room was clean but I saw a half dead roach in the bathroom! Eek! Kind of made me paranoid the whole night. It is nice that they are pet friendly but there is a $25 deposit. The rate was a tad high at $97/night
