The hotel is pet friendl, so the the hallways smell like pet food. There's no pool, bar or room service. Despite the have nots I would recommend the hotel. It's reasonably priced and it is 20 minutes from Hollywood!.

It was okay for the price it was okay. It wasn't what I was used to. It had a kitchenette with nothing in it. The refrigerator was good for storing our leftovers. No coffee maker in the room which I usually make coffee while I get ready in the morning but no. The breakfast is not even continental. The breakfast is coffee, hot chocolate and packaged muffins, bars, and oatmeal, A decent area of town to stay.

Fun in Los Angles The room was clean but the service was very slow to none at all. You couldn't get any extra towels or other items to cook .

Clean, easy parking, friendly staff, sad breakfast Vey clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plentiful parking. Bring ALL your amenities, only shampoo and soap. No lotion, conditioner, etc. Very sad breakfast. Coffee, tea, pre-packaged muffins, instant oatmeal, no juice, fruit, toast or protein.

The staff were courteous and helpful. They were willing to help me out when I asked to stay in the same room the next day. They tried, but unfortunately they were booked already. Overall, my family were pleased with our stay. Just be careful booking through a third party. If you don't smoke, make sure you book in a non-smoking room.

The room and kitchen was very basic.. nothing elaborate. But it was clean and comfortable. The parking was great..plenty of space..the grab and go breakfast is what you expect. The location to universal was 15- 20 min drive..

Nice hotel but horrible stay. It was a nice looking hotel but our sofa bed mattress was painful. Springs could be felt a bit too much. The air conditioner was leading and we had a wet carpet all two days we stayed there. There were no other rooms to move us into because they were booked to the max. WAITING FOR MY REINBURSEMENT OR DISCOUNT FOR MY STAY.
