Basic but very clean. I could have given 4 out of 5 if it wasn't because of the breakfast which really was a joke for the title of continental breakfast! It contained plain muffins & cheapest granola bars, low grade apples and oranges, hot water and coffee dispenser and that's it, not even a drop of milk for your coffee! So basically you can consider this place as a no-breakfast hotel. Close to the grandkids... My first night was bad because the elevator was right next to the room. They were very helpful and cooperative about moving me to another room.

Decent hotel Hotel is good to stay but there was room service such as fresh towel or ro cleaning. .

Surprisingly convenient Room was nice and tidy. Overall we had a nice stay. We weren't that far from Universal Studios.

free breakfast very poor , just coffee and instant oatmeal, not even juice.
